SIMPLE
GoScan’s simple to use interface allows users to directly connect to a high speed image scanner with software that comes standard with all scanners. GoScan reduces the number of choices a scanner operator can make, minimizing errors and increasing productivity. Images are scanned to a pre-configured “hot folder” where our scan engine interprets and exports data.
SMART
Our scanning engine has the ability to read data embedded in bar codes that users create. If a bar code is present, GoScan will interpret the data and associate it with the image. No user interaction is required. The image can also be made available for keyword searches. The images and index data are automatically sent to a database or document management repository for search and retrieval.
SECURE
GoScan complies with the latest security standards in numerous industries by utilizing secured FTP or Web Services for data transmission. User names and passwords can be made required to authenticate and initiate a scan. Data residing on your computer servers remain anonymous and protected as GoScan does not execute non-trusted internet-based applications.
